On Friday night during my impromptu trip to Lubbock/Texas Tech, after visiting two strip clubs and a hookah bar, I figured I deserved a nightcap. I wanted wine, but the place was called Rocky Larues so that felt like a mistake. Still, I asked the bartender, “Bad idea to order wine?” “Don’t even have any,” he said. “I only stock it for parents’ weekend.” Awesome. Jack & Coke it is.
